5 out of 5 starsThis item was great, used it for my daughters school water bottle so it doesn’t have to go in her book bag. Handle long enough to carry cross body and you can always knot it shorter if need be. It will fit slightly fatter bottle than in description

Can I get tracked shipping?
Yes you can. Choose that option at checkout to upgrade our standard shipping service
What delivery service do you use?
Our items are shipped with Royal Mail first class to the UK and Royal Mail International Standard service to the rest of the world.
Can you combine postage costs?
When more than one item is purchased we will work out the best way to ship it to you and refund overpayments. If the combined value of the item will require insured shipping the package will be tracked and any overpayment will be refunded
I've given you the wrong address! What shall I do?
If you have given us the wrong or an old address, please message us straight after checkout.
If your item has not been shipped already, we can change the address on the parcel.
If you tell us after the item has been shipped, it won't be possible to retrieve the item from the postal system. In that case it is the responsibility of the buyer and no refund or replacement can be provided.
We always add our return address to parcels and in the instance of it returning to us, we will inform you and it can be sent again once the correct address is given and the return shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
